Tranzinfo serves to keep the transport information profession current and connected through the promotion of efficient resource allocation (such as interlibrary loans and consortium purchasing), knowledge sharing, and links to the wider library community.
Membership is gratis and participation in network activities such as consortium purchasing and reciprocal resource sharing agreements is not compulsory.
